Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchange. Please ensure your order is accurate before completing your purchase.

Inspection Period
You have 2-days from the date of receipt to inspect your order. If you find any issues, such as defects or damages, you must contact us within this 2-day period. after this window, no claims will be accepted
